I thought it would be better to describe the approach to this Child Education Project in steps that will be taken. In the beginning, it is important to match NGO’s needs and capability. We have to know how the project will fit with the NGO’s priorities, it will help to use the resources and build internal support for the project. We will be able to articulate why this project is important and why NGO should support it. Secondly, the limited resources should be used wisely. If we identify objectives based on well thought priorities, then the project will be focused and resources will be used efficiently. Questions that might be helpful to think about in the beginning: What is the nature of the problem? Where is the problem located (how does area look)? Whom does it effect? What are the actions that would more likely to significantly improve the problem? Who is the target audience? Who are the stakeholders and sponsors?  Child Education, for the project to work the following steps might be taken. First, the project planning team needs to be created in order to develop partnerships and collaborations, for designing and implementing additional team members might be needed. Secondly, project goals and objectives have to be developed. Similarly to any other project or program, it is important to know where we are going. Goals can provide the bigger picture of what needs to be accomplished after this project is taken. The objectives of Child Education Project are: provide access to education by building schools and bring teachers, provide and improve efficient work of school administration, provide resources for improvement in quality of learning. The scope of the project includes one or more of the following: enrollment of out-of-school children , non-formal education programs for children and youth who cannot go to school, provide and improve quality of learning.Thirdly, the logical part needs to be thought, to provide a map that shows how the project is expected to work and the logical order of the program, and how the project will be achieving the desired outcomes. In the fourth place, the characteristics the audience is important. Every audience is different. Audience can be different with their background, cultural and personal characteristics, knowledge, age and their development. Their motivation to participate in the project might differ as well depending on are they students, teachers, other service providers. It is important to know these aspects in defining the audience of the project. The next step is to establish program format and how it will be delivered to the audience. It is important to analyze what kind of activities will meet the needs of the people and will they accept, respond and be interested in. Also, if we are thinking of a long-term educational plan then it is beneficial to partner with other organizations in the community instead of working alone. On step six, we have to think of staff, people who will teach. Does not matter the format of the project or the length of it, there always will be needed people who will deliver the education. On step seven, it is significant to provide educational materials for the use and to plan the logistical part as well. As in our project, the village does not have the school buildings. So, together with the team we need to think ahead and predict different needs (such as materials, equipment, comfort and facilities). Another major area to think of is emergencies. What can go wrong or will go wrong? Teachers and instructors should know how to react, whom to contact for any kind of assistance and be helpful in emergency situations, like fire, severe weather or injuries. And the final step is to implement the project, it is important to be ready and have detailed plan.
